It is financially sound and operates two offices, the Head Office in PHALABORWA and a Branch Office in LYDENBURG. PCC understands and excels in recruitment and has an enviable record on a wide spectrum of placements.

SERVICE LEVELS
The company’s methodology in developing relationships is to identify the need structure, to develop proper solutions and execute agreed plans on time. PCC came to realise that only by working together the company can remain a preferred service provider.
SERVICES:
1. Permanent Placements
PCC provides solutions for your recruitment headaches. The company will provide you with qualified, well screened candidates that will fit your job description. The company’s data base is extensive. In the unlikely event that PCC do not have a suitable candidate on the company’s data base, an advertisement will be placed on your behalf.
2. Temporary Staff
Appointing applicants on a permanent basis might not always be suitable for the specific operational requirements but these appointments can proof to be very risky if not managed correctly.
PCC can provide you with this specialised service, as we take legal responsibility for the candidates. The company is responsible for PAYE, SITE Tax, UIF, and SDL and Workmen’s Compensation. PCC provides the candidates with pay slips that are easy to read and understand.
All the temporary candidates, irrespective whether the candidate is appointed as a “casual” (short term/day-to-day) or on a fixed term contract, are appointed in terms of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and this tri-party agreement is honoured in accordance with the applicable labour legislation.

· Administration of Payroll
3. Human Resources- and Labour Relations Specialist Services
PCC can offer the following services:
♦ Assistance with Personnel Files to ensure legislative adherence
♦ Compiling of Disciplinary- and Grievance Procedures
♦ Chairing of Disciplinary Hearings
♦ Management/Supervisory Training can be conducted on request
4. Pastel Agency
The company is an accredited Pastel distributor, -trainer and -support system administrator.
5. Pay Roll Administration
Outsourcing of Pay rolls is one of the company’s areas of specialisation.
PCC will:

▫ Run your pay roll
▫ Print the pay slips and
▫ Provide you with a list off all the statutory requirements payable
6. On-Site Office
To enable PCC to be readily available to render a professional service, on-site offices are being established, thus creating a one-stop Human Resources function close to the service point. These offices operate in close cooperation with the client, providing a hands-on service and in the process reducing response time to the absolute minimum.
7. New Developments
PCC constantly revises its processes and relationships in order to meet the demands of a constant changing labour market and to remain a preferred service provider in the Industry. The latest addition to the company’s specialist services is placements on Executive Level. Specific emphasis is placed on the placement of Affirmative Action candidates.
